OUR BEST-SELLING SERVICE – THE SEALANT THAT’S NEVER FAILED
Our exceptional DiaoSeal Standard Seal Service stops water penetrating below the surface of a tile or through any junctions or joints within the shower, effectively resealing the failed waterproofing membrane - without removing a single tile.

Choose which long-lasting sealing solution you need from the choice of four above. Our fixed price services stop leaks at the source, and all our work is backed by our 12 year- written guarantee against leakage.
Shower Repairs Plus does not do tiling work, building repair or new waterproofing membranes. We specialise in shower leak repair when waterproofing becomes an issue when wall grout, floor grout, silicone or sealants have begun to age and fail.
Please note
Our way of stopping and fixing seepage and leaks at the source relies on the structural integrity of the substrate being of sound condition. DiaOseal does not up-sell, therefore if you have loose, missing or drummy tiles, we suggest a complete strip out, re-membrane in accordance with the AS 3740-204 official standard, and a retile.

Bathroom floor sealing |

| Bathroom perimeter seal with bathroom floor grout and tile sealing and floor waste sealing. This if often required where young children regularly splash excessive amounts of water onto the bathroom floor area surrounding baths. |

Kitchen Bench tops |

| Kitchen granite bench tops are solid and stable, natural and unique. Granite provides a hard, durable surface to a bench or counter top. It is porous and does require sealing on a yearly basis to safeguard against staining and etching. |

Kitchen Splashbacks |
|
| Often with settlement and building movement a splash back may debond from the bench or counter top. We can colour match your existing sealant to rebond and reseal the junction and any bench top joins or rails and protect against liquid or water ingress. |

| Often, the grout, a sort of cement between the tiles, starts to dirty or deteriorate and steals from the beauty of the tile. You can usually bring life back into the tiles by regrouting. Tiles are often a lifetime product, while grout usually only lasts a few years. |

Chemical cleaning |

| This is usually required on a neglected shower as commonly found through our strata clients. The technician will strip and clean the tile surface to bring the grout back to an acceptable finish prior to the application of our grout sealer for added stain resistance.. |
