Natural stone and tile floor care should not be left to ordinary maintenance procedures. Having these materials installed can be very expensive because of the special care and skill that is involved. DiaOseal receives a large number of requests from householders who have had marble, granite, limestone or tumble stone installed and are experiencing problems. These problems vary from incorrect laying of the tiles to damage caused to the tile surface by incorrect cleaners being used to maintain the stone. By far the biggest problem however seems to be in the sealing process. Either incorrect sealant has been used or it has been applied incorrectly.

Correct fitting and sealing of your natural stone from the supplier will save money in the long term and should be followed up by a suitable maintenance program. Well maintained natural stone and surfaces are attractive, hard-wearing and long-lasting.
